House Cleaning Checklists

What's Included

We focus on interior cleaning only. Our cleaners are willing to customize the cleaning on what you need done, below is just our standard checklist.

Additions of windows, blinds, wall washing, laundry, refrigerator, & oven can be added on for an addition price and time.

One-Time and Biweekly Checklist

For bi-weekly cleanings our cleaners will try to get all these areas if possible. For longer one-time deep cleanings they will be taken care of.

  1. Cabinet exteriors cleaned where needed or mostly touched
  2. Countertops and shelves dusted and/or wiped
  3. Sinks and backsplash washed
  4. Clean the exteriors of the fridge, stove, oven, microwave, range hood, and dishwasher
  5. Small appliances wiped (microwave, toaster, coffee maker)
  6. All surfaces dusted
  7. Baseboards dusted and/or wiped (time permitting)
  8. Floor vacuumed and washed
  9. Organize the items on the countertops
  10. Light switches wiped
  11. Dry all surfaces
  12. Garbage and recycling bins emptied
  1. Sink cleaned and sanitized
  2. Stainless steel/chrome areas shined, and fingerprints cleaned. Always dry after cleaning
  3. Bathtub, shower walls and glass doors cleaned and sanitized
  4. Tiles to be well cleaned/scrubbed
  5. Toilets cleaned and sanitized inside and out
  6. Mirrors cleaned
  7. Cabinet exteriors
  8. Countertops and shelves dusted and/or wiped
  9. All surfaces dusted
  10. Baseboards dusted and/or wiped (time permitting)
  11. Light switches wiped
  12. Floor vacuumed and washed
  13. Dry all surfaces
  14. Garbage and recycling bins emptied
  1. All surfaces dusted
  2. Closet/dresser exteriors cleaned
  3. Mirrors cleaned
  4. We do not clean TV or computer screens.
  5. Carpet and area rugs vacuumed
  6. Hard surface floors vacuumed and damp-mopped
  7. Windowsills and window tracks cleaned (time permitting)
  8. Baseboards dusted and/or wiped (time permitting)
  9. Organize items and fold clothes & blankets on the bed or chair
  10. Bed made and extra blankets/pillows organized
  11. Garbage and recycling bins emptied
  1. All surfaces dusted
  2. Organize items. Fold blankets neatly on the couch.
  3. Closet/dresser exteriors cleaned
  4. Mirrors cleaned
  5. Carpet and area rugs vacuumed
  6. Hard surface floors vacuumed and damp-mopped
  7. We do not clean TV or computer screens.
  8. Banisters and stair railing cleaned
  9. Clean the exteriors of the laundry washer and the dryer (time permitting)
  10. Baseboards dusted and/or wiped (time permitting)
  11. Light switches and the cover wiped
  12. Sweep off balcony or patio if requested
  13. Garbage and recycling bins emptied

Move In/Out & Showing Cleanings

Kitchen

  1. Cabinet exteriors and interiors cleaned
  2. Countertops and shelves dusted and/or wiped
  3. Sinks and backsplash washed
  4. Pull the fridge out of the wall and wash the floor underneath, vacuum dust and hair, clean inside of the fridge and outside including the handles and the top
  5. Pull the stove out of the wall and wash the floor underneath. Clean inside and outside. Clean oven racks inside.
  6. Clean stovetop/burners
  7. Clean microwave inside and outside
  8. Small appliances wiped (microwave, toaster, coffee maker)
  9. All surfaces dusted
    Dust and clean light fixtures
  10. Windowsills and window tracks cleaned
  11. Baseboards cleaned
  12. Doorknobs, door frames and doors wiped
  13. Spot wall washing – marks on walls cleaned
  14. Light switches wiped
  15. Floor vacuumed and washed
  16. Garbage and recycling bins emptied

  9. Baseboards dusted and/or wiped
  10. Clean heating unit cover and cold air registers
  11. Light switches wiped
  12. Bed made and extra blankets/pillows organized
  13. Carpet and area rugs vacuumed
  14. Hard surface floors vacuumed and damp-mopped
  15. Garbage and recycling bins emptied
  1. All surfaces dusted
  2. Closet exteriors and interiors cleaned
  3. Mirrors cleaned
  4. Banisters and stair railing cleaned
  5. Spot wall washing – Marks on walls and baseboards cleaned
  6. Clean the exteriors of the laundry washer and the dryer. Empty the dryer filter
  7. Windowsills and window tracks cleaned (indoor only)
  8. DO NOT clean TV or computer screens. Only dust the frame and the areas around
  9. Baseboards dusted and/or wiped
  10. Clean heating unit cover
  11. Doorknobs, door frames and doors cleaned
  12. Light switches and the cover wiped
  13. Light fixtures dusted
  14. Carpet and area rugs vacuumed
  15. Hard surface floors vacuumed and damp-mopped
  16. Sweep off balcony or patio if requested
  17. Garbage and recycling bins emptied
